What We Offer
Three Services,
One Standard of Care.
From a quartz cell and fresh gasket to a complete mechanical overhaul or a patient vintage restoration — each job receives the same careful attention and a written record on completion.
← Back to HomeOur Methodology
How Every Job Begins
Regardless of which service you bring a watch in for, the process starts the same way. We examine the piece, write down what we observe, and explain our recommendation. If what we find is straightforward, we confirm the price and proceed on your agreement. If we find something unexpected, we contact you before going further.
Every completed job leaves with a written condition note. You keep it alongside the watch. It says what was done, what was found, and any observations that may be useful when the watch comes back in some years from now.
Intake & Assessment
Watch logged, examined, condition noted in writing.
Recommendation & Approval
You are told what we recommend and the fixed price. Work begins only with your agreement.
Service Work
The appropriate service is carried out using correct materials.
Verification & Testing
Results are verified — timing machine, pressure test, or visual record as appropriate.
Collection & Written Note
You collect, inspect, and take the watch home with a written record. Payment on collection.
